The Spanish Supreme Court told the Catholic Church it had to mind its own fucking business and reinstate Maria del Carmen Galayo, a woman who had been fired from her position as a teacher at a Catholic school. Galayo separated from her previous husband and remarried without having an annulment. She was fired because the Church viewed her as an adulterer and therefore unable to properly teach children how to eschew condoms and hate gay people. In the ruling, the court awarded Galayo back pay totalling $12,888. The Church is going to appeal in an attempt to block her from resuming work. Galayo needs to keep her job just long enough to have some lesbian sex so they fire her for that too, then she can sue them for even more money and retire and never have to deal with kids again.

The number of children being home schooled grew 36% between 2003 and 2007. 400,000 more children are now savoring the joys of social isolation and spending their puberty lusting after the teevee. According to the Home School Defense League, the greatest reason for the growth was an 11% increase in home-schoolers who have a “desire to provide religious or moral instruction.”

This is because the righteous have recognized that the bloodsucking liberal schools will stop children from loving Jesus by exposing them to other cultures and teaching them science. Children whisked away from Bill Ayers’ Satanist clutches will be able to thrive in an environment where every answer on the science test is Jesus, and where pesky laws won’t make their parents spare the rod.

Let’s face it, if you want to be a wing-nut then knowledge is a problem. You’ve got your worldview and whether you belive that the government is lying about the moon landing or that the earth is only a few thousand years old, all that pesky free/mandatory public education is a problem.

That’s why Retired Army Reserve Chaplain E. Ray Moore has founded the Exodus Mandate, an organization dedicated to liberating children from all that seditious education that is a basic civil right of all children:

“Exodus Mandate is a Christian ministry to encourage and assist Christian families to leave Pharaoh’s school system… for the Promised Land of Christian schools or home schooling.”

The “promised land” seems to include some confusing lessons about geography and government. Maybe this is a prophecy of the “change” we’re all supposed to be getting… all hail Paharoh-elect Obama!

In Quebec, Students are required to attend a comparative religions course called “Ethics and Religious Culture”. The course teaches students about different religions and examines how they affect the culture and people who follow them. 

Naturally, Quebecois Christians are just about insane with rage that their children are learning about other cultures without being told that other cultures are full of silly hell-bound sodomites:

“Paganism and cults are offered equal status with Christianity. Witches ‘are women like any other in daily life;’… And considering that of the 80,000 ethnic aboriginals in Quebec only 700 self-identify with aboriginal spirituality (the vast majority of ethnic aboriginals are Christian), aboriginal spirituality (falsely equated with environmentalism) is accorded hugely disproportionate space and reverence.”

Oh NO! They’re teaching students about…other cultures - and not condemning them! Next thing you know they’ll teach these kids that they’re going to be OK if Jesus doesn’t love them. Where does the madness stop?
